Second Amendment; A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed
What is it the Second Amendment prevent? What is it the Amendment rejects? What is it the Amendment will not tolerate?
What is it the Amendment stipulate? Is it, those that keep and bear arms are most obligated, by U.S. Constitutional standards, expected to accept, as a condition of keep and bear arms, regulation?
Who is the regulator? Is it the Constitutions prohibits portion?
Question ” Are citizens that keep and bear arms subordinate to U.S. Constitution prohibits?” But of course
As it is the belief of I, American citizen, that the U.S Government is duty bound, guided rather, by U.S Constitution prohibits which offer citizentry, effective and effecient governance. And its, prohibits which is a vital component describing how a governance, governs.
U.S Government is structured in such a way, so when it is called upon to intervene, the interventions result in a comprehensive strategy which offers all persons involved, a tolerable outcome.

It’s unfortunate, but true, many persons as groups often take Amendments wording out of context, such as the Second Amendment. What Amendment wording hasn’t been taken at face value, when Amendments wording clearly stipulates what it offers?
Its assumed by many, U.S. Constitution offers 100% freedom. Freedom which guarantee, any citizen, at anytime, of his or her choosing, opportunity to do what want, when want, no questions. And any questioning by the government is regarded as infringement, thus making the government, guilty of deprive citizen of his or her unlimited privileges and entitlements that they think they possess.
Let’s look at why many citizens assume U.S. Constitution provides unlimited freedoms to do as please, zero consequences.
If you look back on how United States of America was formed, what happened during the time of its formation, you’ll see the root cause, as to why many Americans assume they have full authority to choose for themselves, and no one has any say of it, especially not, the meddling fool U.S. Government.
Let’s not forget first People, tribal. Tribal is America first and only inhabitants to roam among the territory freely, until Europeans decided to assume control over Tribal lands, insert themselves as the new and improved Americans. As European countries sought to expand its investment and the no need of tribal permission, required. A literal this is my land not savages land massive asset forfeiture.
What we know of Europeans of yesteryear, holds true in 21st century. The assumption, Europeans have unlimited privileges and entitlements, do as please zero consequences, and those outside of European ancestry, freedom is what Europeans say it is..
As if our nation, which was undoubtedly founded by scholars of many differences of opinion within society, whom believed strongly, all humans regardless of nationality, is worthy of governance protection, have no say in European politics.
Its unfortunate, after scholars of society formed a common sense governance, which reinforces all inhabitants are born with natural rights, is the Europeans still at it, assign themselves sole interpreter of each generation narrative.
And so what does a well regulated… term mean?
Is it, discipline applies to those that wish to keep and bear arms?
That’s just it, its unfortunate, those that wish to own a gun, have the misconception, the Second Amendment assigns anyone that wishes to own a gun, to okay, go on own a gun.
The Second Amendment does not offer anyone who wishes to own a gun, the right to own a gun. As the person that wishes to own a gun, must first accept being subjected to regulations, or gun ownership is out of the question.
